Machine Operator with an Interest in Gardening

About the position

As a garden worker with us, you will have a varied and developing job in a committed team. You are responsible for the maintenance of outdoor environments with a focus on quality and professional service.

Examples of tasks:

✓ Ongoing garden maintenance and upkeep of outdoor environments

✓ Sweeping and gravel collection

✓Lawn mowing✓Snow plowing and anti-slip measures

✓Other duties that strengthen our operations across all areas of work

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in garden work and who wants to work in a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility. You are reliable, flexible and enjoy working outdoors in changing environments. We would like you to have:

✓Experience and knowledge in grounds maintenance and pruning✓Vocational certificate or relevant gardening education (preferred)

✓B driver's license for a manual transmission car (requirement)

✓Wheel loader certificate (requirement)

✓Good ability to work both independently and in a team

✓A responsible and service-oriented approach

Application and terms The position is a full-time permanent employment, starting with a six-month probationary period, with start date by agreement.

The place of work is Ludvika, with travel to our customers in the local area as part of the work. We offer a fixed monthly salary and good employment conditions in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
