Your role with us

As an employee, you are an indispensable part of our customers' everyday lives. You work in our customers' homes to give them the conditions to live as safe and independent a life as possible. Your days will be varied and filled with:

• Personal care and health-promoting interventions.
• Practical support such as cooking, meal support, shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Social support in the form of respite, accompaniment (under the Social Services Act), and pleasant companionship.
• Important social documentation to ensure high care quality based on current legislation.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who is driven by providing good care. Because the work is often changing, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking your own responsibility.

We see that you have:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) for secure communication and accurate documentation.
• Previous experience from home care or care work is an advantage, but we also warmly welcome those who are newly graduated!
