Your role with us

As an employee, you are an indispensable part of our clients' everyday lives. You work in our clients' homes to give them the conditions to live as safely and independently as possible. Your days will be varied and filled with:

• Personal care and health-promoting interventions.
• Practical support such as cooking, meal support, shopping, cleaning and laundry.
• Social support in the form of respite, escorting (according to SoL) and pleasant companionship.
• Important social documentation to ensure high care quality in accordance with current legislation.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who is driven to provide good care. Since the work is often changing, you are flexible, solution-oriented and enjoy taking your own responsibility.

To meet the municipality's quality requirements, we are looking for someone who is:

• A fully trained assistant nurse (1,500 credits from the Health and Social Care Programme and proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare).

We also expect you to have:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) for safe communication and accurate documentation.
• Good knowledge of the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines for basic knowledge in elderly care (SOSFS 2011:12).
• Previous experience from home care or care services is advantageous, but we also warmly welcome those who are newly graduated!
