Assistant nurse home care - daytime/evening

We offer care and service to our clients through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the client's needs, we make sure to jointly design a secure service that is adapted to needs and wishes. We work actively with designated care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our clients; in the best possible way, we prioritize small work teams with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

DUTIES

As an employee with us, you are responsible for carrying out decided assistance measures; these tasks include, among other things, support and help with meal situations, personal hygiene, transfers, activation, etc. Your assignment will also be to support the clients to the extent necessary and strengthen their ability to be independent. You will work daytime and every other weekend.

• You are thorough and set high standards for your work performance.
• You are service-minded, stable, empathetic, loyal and have good judgment.
• You have the ability to cooperate with colleagues and clients.
• You have the ability to take your own responsibility and to work independently.
• You have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
• You have assistant nurse training (Protected Professional Title)
• Proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing.
• Have a driving license
• Can cycle
