Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care providers in Stockholm.

Today we provide home care in 10 of 11 districts in the City of Stockholm, around the clock, and have four operations located in:

• Western suburbs (Råcksta, Bromma)

• Southern suburbs West (Axelsberg, Hägersten)

• Southern suburbs East (Hammarbyhöjden, Johanneshov)

• Inner City (Hjorthagen, Östermalm)

Your role

We are now looking for assistant nurses who want to help our clients continue living in their own homes with safety, continuity and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality and a professional approach.

The role includes performing care and service efforts in the client's home and being responsible for contact person duties, which means you create continuity and follow up on the client's needs. You may also participate in care planning.

Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we place high demands on accuracy, structure and compliance with applicable regulations.

We are also looking for staff for extra work when needed. Hemstyrkan operates every day of the year.

As an assistant nurse with us, you work to enable our clients to continue living in their own home with safety, dignity and quality. Your work should be permeated by care, professionalism and presence.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is an assistant nurse and has a professional attitude to the profession and to meeting the client. For the position, the following is required:

• Protected professional title as an assistant nurse issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Good cycling habits and willingness to use a bicycle and walk during work

• Good ability to treat people in different life situations in a professional, respectful and empathetic manner

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and see the whole picture of the assignment

• Stability and stress tolerance, with the ability to handle varying workdays

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic knowledge of cooking and home maintenance

Experience from home care or similar operations is meritorious but not a requirement.
