Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today we have around 200 employees and operate from six offices in Nacka and Tyresö municipalities.

We work in smaller teams to create high continuity for our clients and a safe, sustainable work environment for our staff. Each team is led by a supervisor/coordinator and an operations manager who is responsible for the daily work and for ensuring that our routines, quality and values are followed.

About the position

As an employee with us, you work closely with people in their everyday lives. Our clients need both nursing care and service assistance in the home and sometimes also outside the home. The work is varied, independent and meaningful.

A large proportion of our clients have clear preferences regarding personal continuity, security and integrity in care situations, which means that we currently need to strengthen our teams with staff who can meet these needs in a professional and empathetic way.

Requirements for the position:

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Qualified nursing assistant or equivalent

Driving licence category B (mandatory)
