Driver / Workshop Employee - Hourly Employment

RBN Bilteknik is looking for a driven and practically minded person who wants to enter the automotive industry and develop together with us.

We are primarily looking for the right person – you do not need previous experience from a workshop. If you are responsible, like cars, are practically minded and want to learn, we will train you on site.

What will you do?

The work is varied and may include, among other things:

• Repair of stone chips in car windows
• Basic tire-related work
• Pickup and delivery of cars
• Driving assignments for our corporate customers
• Basic practical work on cars
• Assist our technicians and the workshop when needed

You will receive an introduction and training in the work tasks you need to know.

As you develop and show what you are capable of, there is an opportunity to take on more technical tasks and learn more about car service and workshop work.

Who are we looking for?

For us, attitude is more important than a long CV.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and arrives on time
• Is practically minded and enjoys working with their hands
• Is thorough and careful with customers' cars
• Wants to learn and develop
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Is flexible and ready to help where needed
• Has a B driving license and good driving skills

Previous experience from the automotive industry is a merit, but not a requirement.

The position

The position starts as hourly employment as needed. Right now we have a lot of work, and for the right person there is an opportunity for many working hours.

The work normally takes place on weekdays during daytime.

At the same time, our ambition is to find someone who can develop together with the company. For the right person, the role can therefore in time develop into more responsibility, more technical tasks and a more long-term employment.

About us

RBN Bilteknik is a car workshop in Norrmalm in central Stockholm and is affiliated with Mekonomen Bilverkstad. We work with both private customers and larger corporate customers and have operations with both traditional workshop work and service assignments out in the field.

Workplace: Norrmalm, Stockholm

Working hours: Normally weekdays during daytime

Requirement: B driving license
