Truck Driver Category C

We are looking for truck drivers for distribution of fruit and vegetables to our customers in the Stockholm area. Our customers consist mainly of ICA stores and other businesses in the grocery retail sector.

As a driver with us, you have an important role in the business. You are responsible not only for deliveries arriving on time and in good condition – you are also the company's face outward to our customers. We are therefore looking for someone who is responsible, service-minded and always treats customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Job duties

The work includes, among other things:

• Distribution of fruit, vegetables and other food products to our customers.
• Loading and unloading of goods.
• Checking that deliveries and the number of parcels match.
• Safe and responsible handling of goods.
• Daily inspection of the truck and reporting of any damage or problems.
• Handling pallets and return goods.
• Contact with customers upon delivery.
• Following the company's routines for hygiene, safety and food handling.
• Keeping the vehicle tidy and clean.
• Collaborating with dispatch, warehouse and other colleagues.

Working hours

The work is scheduled on weekdays 04:00-14:00 and every other Saturday according to schedule.

We start the morning together and the company provides breakfast every working morning and coffee.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a Category C driving licence.
• Has a valid CPC. (We can help)
• Has a valid driver card.
• Is punctual and responsible.
• Can work independently and take their own responsibility.
• Has a professional and friendly manner.
• Understands the importance of good customer service.
• Is careful with both vehicle and goods.
• Thrives in a job where the pace is periodically high.
• Has good collaboration skills.

Previous experience of distribution and food transport is an advantage.
