We are looking for a car mechanic/tow truck driver!

Amsbergs Bilaffär & Bildemontering AB has over 75 years of experience in car dismantling and has been in operation since 1948. We are an authorised car scrapyard, approved by the County Administrative Board of Dalarna. Since autumn 2016, we are also industry-certified by the Swedish Car Recyclers' National Association. We accept various vehicle types, but mostly passenger cars. We sell used passenger car and truck parts.

With our own tow truck, we also collect vehicles/scrap cars for our customers.

For us at Amsbergs Bilaffär & Bildemontering AB, the customer is central. We help them as much as we can, with dismantling car parts and scrapping cars.

Job description:

You will mainly work with dismantling cars and taking care of customers. In addition, to some extent, repairs of passenger cars and other vehicles are included. You will also collect scrap cars with our tow truck. Therefore, a C licence is a requirement.

Qualifications:

For the position, it is required that

*you are a trained car mechanic,

*have a C driving licence (YKB, ADR advantageous)

*that you have knowledge of computer systems in car dismantling (such as Fenix, Mätorit or knowledge the employer considers equivalent)

*To be able to communicate with our customers, it is required that you are service-oriented and have good knowledge of the Swedish language, but other language skills are also advantageous.

Further merits for the position:

*Forklift licence

*Knowledge of mounting and balancing tyres.
