Supervisor / Production Manager

About the role

As a supervisor/production manager, you lead operations closely with both employees and customers. You actively participate in the practical work and work side by side with the team.

By being a present role model, you create structure, engagement, and job satisfaction. You clarify goals and expectations, provide support and feedback, and help employees develop and take on greater responsibility.

You are also responsible for ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality. The role involves regular customer contact where you capture needs, propose solutions, and identify opportunities for additional sales.

Your main tasks

· Actively participate in daily practical work.

· Plan, distribute, and follow up on work.

· Lead by demonstrating, supporting, and working together with employees.

· Motivate employees and create participation and responsibility.

· Provide clear instructions and constructive feedback.

· Ensure quality, efficiency, and a good work environment.

· Plan and follow up on working hours, materials, machinery, and other resources.

· Work cost-consciously and notice deviations at an early stage.

· Maintain ongoing contact with customers and build long-term relationships.

· Identify customers' additional needs and propose complementary services.

· Collaborate with company management on staffing, planning, and business development.

· Has experience in supervision, production management, or a similar role.

· Has relevant practical experience from contracting, landscaping, property maintenance, or similar operations.

· Is confident, clear, and responsive in your leadership.
