Service Technician and Installer for Roventum Sundsvall

We are now looking for two new employees for our team in Sundsvall – a service technician and an installer.

About the company

Roventum operates in the sale, service, and repair of laundry room equipment, white goods, and heat pumps. The customers are mainly private property owners, housing cooperatives, and municipal housing companies, but service is also performed for private individuals. Roventum's operations are based in Sundsvall but are also established in Gävle, Östersund, Örnsköldsvik, and Umeå. The company is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with approximately 500 employees, of which just over 30 are employed at Roventum.

About the position

As a service technician, you will mainly work with service and repair of white goods, heat pumps, and laundry room equipment. The work also includes service of equipment in commercial kitchens.

As an installer, you will mainly work with installation of white goods, with the opportunity to learn certain types of service work.

You are responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments, carrying out the technical execution of the assignment, and reporting deficiencies in materials or work. The job is independent and varied; you largely control your daily work together with our customers and your colleagues.

Qualifications

You have general technical knowledge, and we would prefer that you have some form of electrical education.

As a person, we want you to be driven, committed, and have a positive attitude toward the task with a strong interest in technology. You are social and enjoy working in a service-oriented way where the customer's needs are in focus. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, as we work as a team.

We believe that you as an applicant are secure and confident in contact with new people. You are also open to change and adapt easily to new conditions. You are structured in your way of working and drive your processes independently with a good ability to make your own decisions. We also believe that you enjoy working in a high-tempo environment and that you have well-developed problem-solving skills combined with a solution-focused attitude.

A valid B driver's license is a requirement.
