Chef for on-demand employment at Chapter House

We are now looking for a trained chef for on-demand employment.

We are looking for someone with a positive team spirit who wants to become part of our small chef team at our gastropub CHAPTER HOUSE in central Växjö.

Chapter House, located in the heart of Växjö, opened in 2015 and is a cozy gastropub focusing on craft-produced beer from around the world. Our passion is beer, gin, and well-prepared pub food, where we cook everything from scratch.

We are looking for a trained chef who has experience working with à la carte menus, quality control, self-monitoring, and is well versed in hygiene routines.

The role is a combination of practical kitchen work, maintaining hygiene routines and cleaning, where you ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly, spotlessly, and of course delivers high-quality food to the guests.

We are looking for a positive person who is passionate about the service industry and cooking, and who is an all-around great person. We value experience, but also a wonderful personality that fits well into our team.

The position is an on-demand employment, so the degree of employment varies. Working hours vary but mostly include evening and weekend work.
