Loftahammars Omsorg AB is now looking for a committed, secure and responsible assistant nurse for a 75% position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and who wants to be part of a team where consideration, respect and professionalism are in focus.

About the position

As an assistant nurse with us, you work closely with our clients and help create security, well-being and a meaningful everyday life. The work involves providing individually tailored support and care based on each person's needs and wishes.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Personal care and nursing

• Support in daily activities

. Social activation

. Service tasks

. Collaboration with nurse, rehab and other professional groups.

. Work based on implementation plans and the organization's routines.

• Collaboration with relatives and colleagues

• Participation in developing and maintaining good quality in the organization

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained assistant nurse

• Has a genuine interest in working with people

• Is responsible, empathetic and flexible

• Has good collaboration skills and can also work independently

• Has a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written

A B driver's license is required

Experience in elderly care, home care or similar operations is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
