Machine operator for winter road maintenance in Trelleborg, Landskrona & Kristianstad?

❄️🚜 Are you an experienced machine operator and want to carry out winter road maintenance in Trelleborg, Landskrona or Kristianstad?

Brönmarks Entreprenad is looking for machine operators ahead of the winter season with standby starting approximately between 1 October and 1 November depending on location.

We are looking for both those who have their own machine and want to work as a subcontractor and those who want to operate one of Brönmarks Entreprenad's machines.

Work is carried out as needed during the winter season (1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027) and means that you need to be available when the weather requires it. Call-outs can occur around the clock every day of the week.

We are looking for operators with or without a machine for:

🚜 Tractors with plough and spreader

🚜 Small machines with plough and spreader

🚜 Larger wheel loaders with plough and preferably gravel bucket

We are looking for someone who:

🔹 Has good experience of snow clearing and anti-skid treatment – this is a requirement

🔹 Has good machine experience and feels confident behind the controls

🔹 Can work independently and take responsibility for assigned area

🔹 Is meticulous, reliable and safety-conscious

🔹 Can work irregular hours and with 1-hour response time for call-outs.

🔹 Has approved F-tax and invoices us

We offer:

✔ Winter operations in Trelleborg, Landskrona and Kristianstad.

✔ Clear work management and organised call-outs

✔ Opportunity to operate our machines or work with your own machine

✔ Operator compensation at call-out: SEK 550/h

✔ Operator compensation with own machine at call-out: SEK 900/h–SEK 1,200/h depending on machine size and location.

✔ Operator compensation without F-tax at call-out: SEK 180/h daytime and SEK 240/h evenings and weekends.
