Ground worker / Arborist assistant sought for Trädkompaniet AB
Trädkompaniet AB is growing and we are now looking for an engaged and physically strong ground worker/arborist assistant to join our team. As a ground worker, you are a key person on the ground who ensures that jobs run safely and efficiently, and that the workplace is left neat and tidy.
About the role
As a ground worker, you work in close collaboration with our arborists on the ground. Your main tasks include:
Handling and removal of brushwood, branches, and timber.
Operating and feeding the wood chipper, as well as handling stump grinders and lighter machinery.
Assisting the arborist on the ground (e.g., lowering branches and safety equipment).
Work with green space maintenance such as brush clearing, hedge trimming, and grass trimming.
Follow-up work and cleaning at the workplace so that customers always get a neat result.
We offer flexible forms of employment based on your situation: hourly employment, seasonal employment, or permanent employment (with an initial probationary period). Even if you run your own company with F-tax, you are welcome to contact us for subcontracting assignments.
Who are you?
You have good physical fitness and enjoy hard outdoor work in all weather conditions.
You hold a B driver's license (BE license is highly meritorious).
You have a chainsaw license (A/B). It is meritorious if you have a clearing saw license and/or experience in machine operation (wheel loaders, wood chippers, etc.).
You are punctual, meticulous, and always put safety first.
You are a team player who finds it easy to collaborate and interact with customers in a friendly manner.
