HemTrevnad was founded in 2006 in Alingsås Municipality, a couple of years before the Act on Freedom of Choice was introduced in 2009. Individuals who have been granted home care and safety alarms in Alingsås have the opportunity to choose HemTrevnad as their provider. We are present in almost all of Alingsås Municipality!
HemTrevnad also provides services covered by the RUT tax deduction.

Job Duties
Your working day is planned based on granted services and the individual's implementation plan. We travel by car or bicycle. Granted services can range from lighter activation, such as walks, to caring for individuals with extensive care needs and advanced healthcare interventions delegated by a nurse, as well as responding to alarms during day and evening hours. Healthcare interventions are signed digitally in the mobile phone, and you document in Combine. Digital locks have been introduced for all care recipients in Alingsås Municipality this spring.
Most important of all is that the individual feels trust in you and receives the help and support they need, performed with high quality. The work includes team collaboration with other professional categories, and you need to have good cooperation skills. You must be able to handle issues that arise in everyday life with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment.
Your duties include being a designated care contact.
Qualifications
You have an approved assistant nurse education and must present a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have a category B driver's license. You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
As a person, you are secure in yourself and have the ability to perform your work with accuracy, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important piece of the puzzle in our organization, share our humanistic values, and have good communication skills. You have a strong ability to act to ensure that care recipients receive the best possible care and see the whole picture around the individual. You carry out your work in a way that builds trust.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
To work as an assistant nurse, at least 1,500 upper secondary school points are required, and you must present a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
An extract from the criminal record is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
