In 2020, Axelssons Turisttrafik and Ellénius Buss merged into a joint company with the aim of creating a stronger and more competitive player in the market for bus and transport services. The pace of expansion is high and we continue to grow. As a group, we have a fleet of approximately 190 modern vehicles and just over 400 employees, together offering charter and school transport in large parts of Sweden. Axelssons Turisttrafik AB is now looking for a committed, confident, and service-oriented bus driver for our operations in Arlandastad. The position is a full-time role (100%) based in Arlandastad.

This role suits someone who wants a flexible job with great responsibility, where you drive modern vehicles and become an important part of our organization.

About the position

Driving a bus between Arlanda and Cityterminalen entails very great responsibility, and as a bus driver you play a key role in our organization. You ensure that our passengers feel safe, welcome, and have a secure and pleasant journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving modern and safe vehicles
• Ensuring safety on the route between Arlanda and Cityterminalen
• Working together with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues
• Being the public face of Axelssons Turisttrafik
• Cleaning the bus
• Assisting our passengers

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a D driving licence and a valid YKB, which is a basic requirement
• Has 2–3 years of experience working as a bus driver in public transport
• Is confident, stable, and safe behind the wheel
• Is distinctly service-oriented and enjoys meeting people of all ages
• Has good collaboration skills and is punctual and meticulous
• Speaks Swedish fluently to communicate with passengers and traffic control
• Speaks English to communicate with passengers
• Is flexible and able to work on an as-needed basis initially

Previous experience in scheduled traffic or charter traffic is an advantage.
