What will you be working with?

As an electrician / property caretaker, you will have a varied role where you work with practical electrical work, installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing property maintenance. You will be an important part of daily operations and contribute to ensuring our properties maintain a high standard.

Your duties will include:

• Performing basic electrical work, installations, and repairs
• Troubleshooting, inspecting, and maintaining electrical installations and technical systems
• Conducting property rounds, caretaking, and ongoing maintenance of properties
• Handling fault reports and service requests
• Performing minor repairs and practical measures in the properties
• Checking lighting, electrical panels, equipment, and operational functions
• Participating in inspections and follow-ups
• Contributing to energy efficiency and improvement measures
• Maintaining contact with tenants, colleagues, and subcontractors
• Supporting colleagues when needed, even outside your main area of responsibility

To be considered for the position, we would like you to have:

• Experience in electrical work, electrical installation, or similar technical work
• Experience in property maintenance, operation, or upkeep
• Good practical problem-solving skills
• Driver's license (class B)
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

It is an advantage if you have:

• Electrical training or other relevant technical education
• Experience from the property industry
• Knowledge of ventilation, heating, control systems, or basic HVAC
• Experience working with energy efficiency
• Lift operator license, hot work permits, or other relevant certificates

About the position

The position is a combined role as electrician and property caretaker located within ADR Västernorrland's operations (Sundsvall). The work is varied and includes both planned tasks and emergency service efforts.
