Assistant Nurse for the Home Care Service in Trollhättan

Duties

We are looking for staff for the Home Care Service in Trollhättan. Working hours are daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your duties will involve providing care based on the service user's wishes and needs in accordance with assistance decisions, with a focus on quality.

Qualifications

You should be able to interact with people in various situations in a professional manner. Good interpersonal skills and an interest in working with people are a must. You must be able to accept delegated tasks from health and medical staff. You should be flexible and responsible. You are proactive and work well both independently and in a group.

You are a trained assistant nurse and/or have professional experience in health and care work. You enjoy working alone and in a group, and you can give and take in the development work that takes place in the organisation. We are looking for someone who, together with colleagues, can work towards common goals and sub-goals. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and have good communication skills. Your daily contact with service users, relatives, and healthcare services means you need a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. We also expect you to understand the importance of good interpersonal skills and to be professional in dialogue and action towards service users, relatives, and colleagues.
