Job duties

We are looking for staff for the home care service in Trollhättan. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your duties will include providing care based on the care recipient's wishes and needs in accordance with the assistance decision, with a focus on quality.

Qualifications

You must be able to professionally interact with people in different situations. Good interpersonal skills and an interest in working with people are essential. You must be able to accept delegated tasks from healthcare professionals. You should be flexible and responsible. You are proactive and work well both independently and in groups.

You are a trained nursing assistant and/or have work experience in health and social care. You enjoy working alone as well as in a group, and you can both contribute to and learn from the development work that takes place in the organisation. We are looking for someone who is able to work with colleagues towards common goals and sub-goals. You see opportunities rather than obstacles, and you have good communication skills. You are in daily contact with care recipients, relatives, and healthcare providers. Therefore, good knowledge of Swedish, in both speech and writing, is required. We also expect you to understand the importance of treating people well and to be professional in your interactions with care recipients, relatives, and colleagues.
