Home care daytime

Are you an assistant nurse with a professional certificate and previous experience from home care? We are now looking for someone who wants to work daytime (weekend shifts included) – perhaps you are exactly who we are looking for to join our work group!

We constantly work on development in our operations and on quality assurance through, among other things, self-assessments. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our activities – we can always get better.

Competence is important – we offer training in dementia care, ergonomics, etc.

We provide care and service to our clients through needs-assessed decisions and we work actively with contact persons.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual. It is extremely important that you respect our clients and provide the absolute best service. Requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also in a team, as the work sometimes requires two people. It is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing and are comfortable using a phone to read digital schedules and instructions. Some of our clients have pets, so you also need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies. We travel between our clients by bicycle, so being comfortable cycling is a requirement.
