Hemma och Bo Hemtjänst i Sverige AB is looking for engaged and responsible hourly substitutes for our home care operations in Varberg.
About the position:
As an hourly substitute with us, you will provide support, service, and care to our clients in their own homes. The tasks are adapted to the clients' individual needs and may include personal care, meals, service tasks, social support, and documentation.
The work is independent, but you are also an important part of the work group and collaborate with colleagues and other professions around the client.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and confident in their interactions. You have a genuine interest in working with people and understand the importance of every client being treated with respect and feeling secure and involved.
Requirements:
- Driving license class B
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Education as an assistant nurse or care aide
- Previous experience in home care, elderly care, or other healthcare and social care
- Valid medication delegation and/or experience with delegated healthcare tasks
