Plow, Garden Maintenance, Hand Shoveling, Cultivation, Picking, Hedge Trimming Outdoor Environment

We are looking for a flexible candidate who can drive a tractor in winter, i.e., snow plowing, de-icing, waste management, planting, grass cutting, and picking. A driven and strong person who can fix or has a full understanding of machines used in agriculture, tractor, sand spreader, plow, sand sweeping machines, blowers, and is willing to take responsibility independently and can work outdoors year-round since we manage associations, schools, and gyms during winter and summer and have all possible responsibilities such as snow shoveling, maintenance, garden care, planting, digging, and landscaping.
