About the role
As an electrician at Arka Energy, you will play a key role in the installation and commissioning of our solar systems. You will work on larger projects encompassing both commercial properties and apartment buildings. Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Installing solar panel systems and related components.
- Connecting inverters to the property's point of connection (AC).
- Handling power cables and distribution equipment.
- Participating in planning meetings to identify technical needs and solutions.
- Performing troubleshooting and service as needed.
The role requires a flexible attitude, as work outside regular working hours and travel depending on the customer's location may occur.
Who are you?
We are looking for a problem-solving and responsible electrician with an interest in renewable energy. You thrive in a role where you combine technical expertise with customer focus and quality awareness. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a certified electrician with an ECY certificate.
- Competence in both modern and older electrical installations.
- Experience working with switchgear and power cables.
- Good language skills in Swedish and English.
- A class B driver's license (manual transmission).
Previous experience working with solar panel systems or energy storage systems is considered a merit.
