Registered Nurse – Basic Home Care in Upplands Väsby

Vårdliljan is seeking a registered nurse for our home healthcare team in Upplands Väsby! We offer stimulating and meaningful work, with clear leadership and development opportunities.

The Role

The work is scheduled during the day, Monday–Friday. The position includes, among other things, planning, coordination, and implementation of care interventions, contact with other care providers and home help services, as well as direct and telephone contact with patients and relatives.

Background

We are looking for someone who is a licensed registered nurse. You need at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a health center or home healthcare, or have worked as an assistant nurse in home healthcare before becoming a registered nurse. It is important that you are a person who feels engaged in your professional practice. It is important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience of the services Take Care and Lifecare. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
