Heavy vehicle mechanic

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC!

Bärgarn in Linköping is growing, and we are now looking for a self-motivated and solution-oriented mechanic who wants to become an important part of our team!

No two days are quite the same. Our vehicle fleet includes trucks, recovery vehicles, TMA vehicles, trailers, and machinery, making the work both varied and hands-on.

About the position

As a mechanic with us, you will, among other things, be responsible for our vehicle fleet and work with:

- Service and repairs

- Troubleshooting and maintenance

- Inspections and preparations for these

- Planning and follow-up of service and maintenance

- Ongoing checks of our vehicles and machinery

- Contact with workshops and suppliers when needed

We are looking for someone with experience working on trucks, construction machinery, or similar and who likes to solve problems when they come up.

We would like you to have:

- Experience of mechanical work on trucks, machinery or similar

- At least a B driver's license

- A C driver's license is an advantage – or the willingness to obtain one

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility

- A practical and solution-oriented mindset

- Orderliness and the ability to keep track of things
