Your tasks:

· Provide nursing care and support to customers in their homes based on their individual needs

· Perform practical chores such as cleaning, laundry and cooking

· Help with personal hygiene and medication management

· Document and report changes in customers' health and needs

· Contribute to a positive and safe environment for our customers by always acting with respect, empathy and good treatment

We are looking for someone who:

· Has training as an assistant nurse or equivalent experience

· Is empathetic, responsible and has good communication skills

· Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team

· Has a driver's license

· Has a genuine interest in helping people
