AB Hemstöd24 Omsorg is seeking an engaged and responsible nursing assistant who wants to become an important part of our team!

About the position

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with both care and service efforts in home care as well as housing support based on clients' individual needs.

The tasks may include:

• Personal care and daily life support
• Service tasks in the client's home
• Housing support and social support
• Mealtime support and other practical tasks
• Motivating and creating a sense of security for the client
• Documentation in accordance with current routines
• Collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups
• Following implementation plans and the organization's routines

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nursing assistant
• Has a class B driver's license – requirement
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is responsible, meticulous and reliable
• Can work independently but also enjoys teamwork
• Has a respectful and professional approach
• Is flexible and solution-oriented
• Has a genuine interest in working with people
