Hembygdens Tradition vård & omsorg AB is a family business founded in 2025. Tradition was started so that care should be about more than routines – it should be about the person we help.

We tailor our help to each person's life story, habits, and traditions. Good communication in the Swedish language is a large part of the care we provide. We are located in Östermalm.

Hembygdens Tradition is awaiting an agreement with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we follow established routines and guidelines along with continuous quality controls.

Good quality of care is important to us. Our goal is that all our clients feel satisfied and secure with our care. By collaborating with care staff, district nurses, and Advanced Home Healthcare (ASiH), we can develop and customize care and nursing.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service profession
• Very good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Experience in nursing
• Healthcare and social care education at least 800 credits or equivalent experience
• Have good physical fitness as the work involves a lot of walking and heavy lifting
• We also carry out language tests as part of the recruitment process

Work Duties

Working in home care means working independently with great responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our clients and their relatives. Your tasks include, among other things, planning and carrying out nursing work in clients' homes such as:

- Personal care (help with personal hygiene, transfers, and dressing).

- Domestic service (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).

- Companionship (accompanying the client to activities outside the home).

After each visit, you will carefully document and record time in a mobile application, and you will travel between clients on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Visits to clients take place from 07:00 to 22:00, all days of the year. We would like you to be flexible and able to work both day and evening hours as well as weekends.

We are looking for both part-time and full-time employees.
