About the position

You will mainly work evenings in home care with personal care, service, and delegated health and medical care tasks.

The work involves evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to schedule.

📍 Work location: Kristianstad and/or Åhus

🏢 Our offices are at Industrigatan 2A in Kristianstad and Tullvaktaregatan 10 in Åhus.

📆 Start date: As soon as we find the right person.

🛎️ Employment: Permanent employment

🌙 Working hours: Evenings, including weekends according to schedule

🕒 Scope: By agreement

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a trained assistant nurse and who enjoys working independently while being part of a close-knit team.

• ✅ You are a trained assistant nurse.
• ✅ You speak and write Swedish fluently. This is crucial for client safety, communication with colleagues, and secure documentation.
• ✅ You are comfortable with responsibility and can accept delegation for medications and other health and medical care tasks.
• ✅ You are a team player who likes structure, follows routines, and helps colleagues when needed.
• ✅ You enjoy evening work and do not see evenings and weekends as a necessary evil.
• ➕ A driver's license is a plus.
