Rådomsgården AB is seeking two assistant nurses

Rådomsgården is a private nursing home in Helgum, Sollefteå municipality. It is operated as a limited company, with ownership mainly held by local residents. The business has been running since 1994 and is a special accommodation with an agreement with Sollefteå municipality for 14 permanent places and 1 short-term place. Rådomsgården is beautifully situated in a nature-near environment and has about 20 employees. In addition to nurses and assistant nurses, an economist and a caretaker work here. In our own kitchen, our chefs prepare food from scratch. The guiding principle is good care based on the residents' individual needs.

We are looking for two assistant nurses for positions with 75-100% employment rate. The work mainly consists of care and nursing work, but other tasks are also included, such as laundry and cleaning.

Work takes place during day, evening, and weekends. Full-time hours are 37 hours per week. Currently, staff work every other weekend, with one split day per 6 weeks. Positions at 100% have 27 working days per 6 weeks, and positions at 75% have 25 working days per 6 weeks.

Start date by agreement.

Salary by agreement; we have a collective agreement with Kommunal.

Requirements: Approved education as an assistant nurse. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Responsible with good cooperation skills and great commitment.
