Meriting: Assistant Nurse, Home Care 1-2 years of experience.

At Allegio Omsorg, we employ assistant nurses, nursing assistants and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure that we jointly design a safe service that is adapted to needs and wishes. We actively work with contact person arrangements and to meet the needs and routines of our customers. In the best possible way, we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operation – we can always improve.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual. It is very important that you respect our customers and provide the absolute best service. Requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also in a team as the work sometimes requires two employees. It is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have telephone experience to be able to read digital schedules and instructions. Our customers sometimes have pets, so you also need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies.

If you are an assistant nurse, have a B driver's license and master the Swedish language in speech and writing, you have priority for a fixed-term employment with us.
