We are looking for a structured and driven quality and testing manager with good knowledge of electrical and automation. We are now looking for a quality and testing manager for El & Automation i Åtvidaberg AB! The position is full-time with start according to agreement. About the position As quality and testing manager at El & Automation, you will work on developing routines and working methods and implementing these with other employees to ensure that our products maintain the highest quality and secure good customer satisfaction. The work also involves testing and assembly of control cabinets. The work takes place in our workshop or on site with customers. This is done according to our own circuit diagrams, developed based on customer requirements. The work involves everything from sheet metal processing to wiring of control cabinets, testing, and completing or replacing control systems at the customer. Who are you? For this position, we are looking for someone who is educated in electrical and automation, and has worked as a control cabinet assembler, automation technician, or electrician. As a quality and testing manager, you should be structured, have good collaboration skills, the ability to share knowledge, and be able to work both in a group and independently. We therefore believe that you are meticulous, service-oriented, quality-conscious, and positive as a person. To be able to give and follow instructions, you need to master the Swedish language. About the business El & Automation i Åtvidaberg was founded in 2008 and is a company with currently approx. 20 employees working focused on the design and manufacture of control cabinets, mainly for building automation and electrical distribution boards. We also work with laser engraving for signs and also do cable marking both internally and for our customers. Our goal is to deliver control cabinets with the right quality, agreed delivery time, and at a fixed price. All according to the customer's wishes. We can also, in consultation with the customer, find the right solution for the product if the given basis is not available.
