We are now looking for an Authorized Electrical Installer (AL) who wants to take a central role in our operations and contribute to the safe, secure, and well-functioning operation of our properties.

This is a unique opportunity to help build and develop the role from the ground up. You will have significant influence over working methods, routines, and processes within the electrical installation field while working closely with operations and property management.

Your responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the company's electrical installation operations in accordance with current legislation and the requirements of the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority.
• Establish, implement, and further develop the company's self-monitoring program.
• Perform, document, and follow up on self-inspections.
• Ensure that electrical work is carried out correctly and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical installations.
• Work with heat pumps, ventilation, cooling, and other technical systems.
• Daily operation and maintenance of our properties.
• Handling of emergency fault reports and technical operational disruptions.
• Handling of fire and evacuation alarms.
• Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal functions.
• Be the organization's support in electrical safety, technology, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment for our guests and customers.

We are looking for someone who

• Holds a valid AL authorization.
• Has at least four years of documented experience in electrical installation work.
• Has experience in establishing and taking responsibility for self-monitoring programs.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's regulations and requirements.
• Is responsible, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Enjoys both independent work and collaboration in a team.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Has a valid driver's license (category B).

Requirements

• Experience with heat pumps, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Experience with building automation and control systems.
• F-gas certification or experience working with refrigerants.
• Experience from property or contracting operations.

• Permanent full-time employment with a probationary period.
• Start date by agreement.
