• Has experience working with solar power and solar panel installations
• Is a trained/experienced installation electrician
• Is self-driven and accustomed to planning and carrying out your work on your own
• Has good knowledge of solar power
• Has a Class B driver's license
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and meticulous
• Enjoys taking initiative and making decisions
