About the job

As a companion, your main task is to accompany and support our clients in various everyday situations. This can involve being a safe support during a doctor's visit, going shopping together, taking a walk, or participating in a social activity. You do not perform any traditional home care or medical tasks; your focus is one hundred percent on companionship and safe accompaniment.

📍 Location: Assignments mostly take place around Kristianstad and Åhus. Sometimes much farther away. Our offices are at Industrigatan 2A (Kristianstad) and Tullvaktaregatan 10 (Åhus). 📆 Start: As soon as we find the right person (maybe you?)

🛎️ Employment type: Hourly employment / On-call. 🕒

Scope: Part-time extra job. You work when we receive companion assignments and when it suits you.

📋 Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with a lot of heart, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

✅ Swedish in speech and writing – You communicate fluently in Swedish. This is absolutely crucial for the client to feel safe and for the dialogue during your outings to work smoothly.

✅ Attentive and confident – You find it easy to talk to people, adapt to the person and situation, and spread a calm energy around you.

✅ Reliable – Our clients rely on you showing up on time. Security begins with punctuality.

➕ Meritorious – A driver's license for a car is a big plus (to be able to drive clients when needed), but the right attitude is the most important thing.

❌ Not suitable for those who: Have difficulty keeping appointments, feel insecure in social situations with elderly people, or prefer to work alone in front of a screen.
