Chef - Seasonal

For the winter season 2026-2027, we are now recruiting chef(s), preferably with experience in both fine dining and traditional home cooking, for small and large parties.

Some menu planning before the season is included in the work depending on when the position is filled. Together with the small kitchen team, you are responsible for purchasing, ensuring that our financial targets are met, and that our guests get a complete experience through both flavors and service. Some weddings are already booked and planning is in full swing for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Tännäskröket is part of Funäsfjällen and is located about 20 minutes by car from Funäsdalen, which is the main town with shops, healthcare, and school. It is therefore an advantage if you have a driver's license and your own car. Staff housing is available for rent.

You should like snow and winter to also have a good leisure time when you are not at work. The area has great fishing, snowmobile trails, and fantastic skiing. We want you to start in mid-December and be able to work during the season until the week after Easter. The position can be full-time or part-time.
