About Hemstyrkan

Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care providers in Stockholm.

Today we provide home care in 10 of the 11 districts in Stockholm Municipality, around the clock, and have four operations located in:

• Western Stockholm (Råcksta, Bromma)

• Southern Stockholm West (Axelsberg, Hägersten)

• Southern Stockholm East (Hammarbyhöjden, Johanneshov)

• Inner City (Hjorthagen, Östermalm)

We have collective agreements.

Your role

We are now looking for hourly substitutes who want to contribute to our customers being able to remain in their homes with safety, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach.

The role includes performing care and service tasks in the customer's home.

Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we place high demands on accuracy, structure, and compliance with current regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is committed and has a professional attitude toward the profession and the meeting with the customer. The position requires:

• Manual B driver's license and driving experience (is an asset but not a requirement) good cycling ability and willingness to use a bicycle and walk on duty

• Good ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the bigger picture in the assignment

• Stability and stress tolerance, with the ability to handle varied workdays

• Good knowledge of Swedish, in both speech and writing

• Basic knowledge of cooking and housekeeping

Experience from home care or similar operations is meritorious but not a requirement.
