Work duties

As care staff in home care, you work based on the customer's individual needs, wishes and assistance decisions. The work duties include, among other things, personal care, support with meals, social interaction and documentation.

Medical tasks may occur after delegation from licensed healthcare professionals and after completed introduction and internal training.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• experienced care staff
• confident with documentation and using various systems at work
• proficient in Swedish in speech, writing and reading
• able to cycle

A B driver's license is a requirement.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other

Prior to a possible employment, you must be able to present valid photo identification. For work in homes with the elderly, you must also present extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion record at the employer's request. You must also be able to prove your right to work in Sweden with valid documents.
