Terminal Worker Katrineholm Combined Terminal

Do you want to work in a dynamic and important part of the logistics flow?

We are now looking for a forklift operator for Katrineholm Combined Terminal, where you will become part of an experienced team working with the handling of goods on both rail and road.

About the position

As a forklift operator with us, you will work in a terminal environment with a focus on:

• Loading and unloading of trailers and trains (handling of various load carriers) – in line with the terminal's operational tasks.
• Transshipment of goods within the terminal area
• Handling of freight trains, including tasks related to shunting and safe handling of wagons – in accordance with internal introduction and safety routines
• Signaling during shunting and train work
• Forklift driving (reachstacker, terminal truck, etc.) depending on certifications

The work takes place in a lively and safety-focused environment, where coordination and cooperation are crucial for efficient and safe operations.

Working hours

Working hours are varying, and shifts can be during the day, evening, or weekend depending on the terminal's production and train times. Flexibility is important and is seen as a great asset.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Have a forklift license (meritorious with certification for larger machines, C3A and D2)
• Have experience from terminal, warehouse, industry, or another relevant environment
• Are responsible, meticulous, and safety-conscious

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and with varied tasks
• Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a good work environment
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience of shunting, signaling, or work with freight trains
• Previous work in a combined terminal or similar operation

Salary

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement (the transport agreement)
