About the Position

Sportbemanning i Östergötland AB is now seeking flaggers for on-call hourly employment. We are looking for responsible, flexible individuals who enjoy varied outdoor work.

In this role, you will primarily work as a flagger at road construction sites, earthworks, and other assignments where traffic safety needs to be ensured. The position also involves, when needed, performing other practical tasks within the operations, such as grounds maintenance, snow removal, and simple land and property work.

Job Duties

As a flagger with us, your tasks may include:

- working as a flagger at road construction sites and other traffic-affecting operations

- contributing to a safe and well-functioning work environment in traffic areas

- grounds maintenance and simple outdoor area care

- snow removal during the season

- simple land and property work

- other service and maintenance tasks as per operational needs

The work is mainly outdoors, and the scope may vary depending on season, customer assignments, and operational needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

- hold a valid B driver's license

- speak and understand Swedish fluently

- are responsible, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

- enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- are flexible and can adapt to different tasks and working hours

- have good teamwork skills and can also work independently

- have a service-oriented and solution-focused approach

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have:

- experience as a flagger

- experience in grounds maintenance, snow removal, or other practical outdoor work

- relevant training or certifications in the field

If you lack certain training but have the right attitude and suitability, we view that positively. For the right person, training is possible through us.
