Viraliv is now seeking driven and result-oriented Consultant Managers who want to help develop our operations in the staffing of nurses, doctors, and other healthcare personnel across Sweden.
About the role
As a Consultant Manager, you are responsible for the entire process from client contact to recruitment, staffing, and follow-up of consultants. You work closely with both clients and healthcare personnel to ensure high quality and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop client relationships within municipalities, regions, and private healthcare providers
- Recruit and match nurses, doctors, and other healthcare personnel
- Take responsibility for the entire consulting process from initial contact to follow-up
- Negotiate contracts and prices
- Work towards clear sales and growth targets
- Ensure high client and consultant satisfaction
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in sales, recruitment, or staffing
- Is driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Has good communication skills
- Thrives in a high-paced environment and is motivated by achieving results
- Experience from the healthcare or staffing industry is meritorious but not a requirement
