About the role

As a consultant manager, you are responsible for the entire process from customer contact to recruitment, staffing, and follow-up of consultants. You work closely with both clients and healthcare professionals to ensure high quality and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop customer relationships within municipalities, regions, and private healthcare providers
• 
  
• Recruit and match nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
• 
  
• Take responsibility for the entire consultant process from initial contact to follow-up
• 
  
• Negotiate contracts and prices
• 
  
• Work towards clear sales and growth targets
• 
  
• Ensure high customer and consultant satisfaction
• 
  

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales, recruitment, or staffing
• 
  
• Is driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• 
  
• Has good communication skills
• 
  
• Thrives in a high-paced environment and is motivated by achieving results
• 
  
• Experience from the healthcare or staffing industry is advantageous but not a requirement
