Server for Vemdalsfjällen - Year-round position

Björns Kök opened its doors just before Christmas 2025 and we have had a flying start. In the heart of Vemdalen By, we are building what will become the natural living room of Vemdalfjällen, a place where guests, locals, and the whole village seek out year-round. Behind the restaurant is KBK Vemdalen AB, and we run it with equal parts love, passion, and a strong drive to make Vemdalen a destination for all seasons.

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented waiter/waitress who wants to become an important part of the team at Björns Kök in Vemdalen.

With us, the guest experience is in focus, and we work together to create a pleasant and professional restaurant environment where all guests feel welcome. We are a growing company with several operations and offer great opportunities to develop within the organization.

Björns Kök is the heart of our operations, but not all we do. We also run:

Fäbokrogen – the golf restaurant at Klövsjö-Vemdalens golf club

Värdshuset Vargen – the classic inn on Vemdalsskalet that we take over for the winter season 2026/2027

FlipIt – trampoline park

Padel hall

KBK Arena - Activity hall next door to the restaurant where we also host lots of exciting events throughout the year

This means exciting opportunities and a workplace that is constantly growing, and it also means you have the chance to try working in several of our different kitchens.

About the position

As a waiter/waitress with us, you work closely with guests and are responsible for providing professional and personal service. The work includes both lunch, à la carte, and events.

The position is part-time at least 75% but with the possibility of more hours within the company, starting as agreed.

Duties

• Welcome guests and provide professional service
• Take orders and serve food and drinks
• Ensure the restaurant maintains a high level of service
• Collaborate with the kitchen for a smooth service flow

• Has experience in restaurant or service work
• Is service-oriented, positive, and stress-resistant
• Has good teamwork skills
• Is responsible and meticulous
