B-License Driver for Avfallskonsulten

We at Avfallskonsulten i Huvudstaden AB are growing rapidly and are now looking for a B-license driver who wants to become part of a dedicated, hardworking team – where we support each other and have fun at the same time.

This is a position for someone who takes responsibility, enjoys working independently, yet thrives in a team where everyone contributes. We are in an expansion phase and are looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey.

You don't need prior experience in the recycling industry. If you have worked in distribution, courier services, or other transport driving, that is meriting – but the right attitude matters most.

About us

Avfallskonsulten i Huvudstaden AB is a young and ambitious company that challenges the major players in the waste and recycling industry. Since our start in 2019, we have had a clear goal: to create smarter, more efficient, and customer-friendly waste management solutions.

We are based in Älta/Tyresö in Stockholm, where our warehouse, office, and vehicles are all located on site. Decision-making paths are short, the pace is high, and we build the company together. Here, you are not one of many – you are an important part of the whole.

Responsibilities

As a B-license driver with us, you will, among other things:

• Drive light trucks for the collection of recycling and waste from our customers
• Handle pickups of, for example, packaging, bulky waste, and other materials
• Transport materials to various waste and recycling facilities
• Have daily customer contact and represent the company on assignments
• Contribute to structure, quality, and efficiency in daily work

The work is varied and hands-on, involving both driving and physical elements. No two days are the same.

• Has a Class B driver's license
• Is responsible, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
• Enjoys physical work and is in good shape
• Likes working both independently and in a team
• Has a professional and service-oriented attitude
