Personal Assistant

We are looking for a personal assistant for one of our customers, a young girl in Upplands Väsby. She needs help and support in her daily life with basic needs as well as other assistance to be able to live the active life she wishes to live.

We are looking for someone who is social, positive, and has multiple interests. Work in the customer's home requires that you are meticulous, responsible, proactive, and active. It is also important that you are flexible and understand that the work is based on the customer's specific needs. It is a merit if you can communicate in the customer's native language, Arabic.

We are looking for someone with experience or education in communication, psychological support, or pedagogy.

You should have the ability to build a positive and supportive relationship with the customer.

You need to be mature and confident in yourself, have a great commitment, and enjoy taking care of young people with special needs. You need to have good physical condition as some lifting is involved in the work, and be smoke-free during working hours.

It is also important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as documentation and contacts with healthcare and society regarding the customer are also needed.
