Diversa Solutions AB is now seeking driven and ambitious Customer Account Managers / Business Advisors for our office in Gothenburg.

As a Customer Account Manager / Business Advisor, you act as a personal contact person and advisor for our customers. The role combines customer contact, relationship building and business development with great personal responsibility and good development opportunities.

About the position

In the role, you will among other things:

• Contact potential customers and identify their needs

• Handle incoming customer inquiries

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Book meetings and follow up on customer dialogues

• Work structured towards individual and common goals

• Document and administer customer cases

The work takes place from our office in Gothenburg where you work closely with colleagues, coaches and site managers in an environment characterized by collaboration, development and high commitment.
