Customer Service / Inside Sales - Customhoj

Customhoj is growing and now we are looking for a new colleague for Customer Service / Inside Sales.

What you will do:

• Provide first-class service via phone and email to our fantastic customers.
• Help customers with product selection, answer questions about deliveries/returns, and proactively suggest the right accessories (upselling).
• Solve problems of varying complexity together with customers and suppliers.
• Drive improvements in our internal working methods and digital tools.
• Step in where needed; we are a team without ego that pitches in together when the pace is high.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in service, sales, or other work with extensive customer contact.
• Is interested in motorcycles.
• Enjoys talking to customers and creating truly great customer experiences.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
• Has the attitude that everything can be solved.
• Has a strong work ethic and likes to take responsibility.
• Thrives in a small group where everyone contributes and lifts each other.
• Likes a fast pace, rapid development, and freedom with responsibility.
• Is accustomed to, or has a strong interest in, using AI in work.
