We are now looking for an administrative assistant who will have a varied workday and assist with several tasks, and who is fluent in English and also Urdu. If you are curious and want to gain broad experience, this is the right role for you.

About the role

You will work for our well-known clients who operate internationally. The companies have an international background, so you must be prepared to work remotely. As an administrative assistant, your main task will be to help our client with data entry and reconciliations according to instructions, as well as quality and update customer base registers. Communication ability is one of the most important points where you as an employee must know how to deliver quality-assured work.

Tasks:

• Assist the client with data entry and reconciliations according to instructions.

• Sorting and handling confidential documents.

• Handle reporting to industry organizations and international customers in Europe

• Work with exhibition bookings.

• Assist with documentation during the bidding process.

• Opportunities exist to develop the role within calculation and updating of our customer agreements and quality follow-up of their brand.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in administrative tasks, has an aptitude for administration or quality follow-up of goods, has good stylistic ability as travel between our clients' offices may occur. It is a requirement that you are fluent in English.

We are also looking for full-time/part-time employees for this role.
