With a clear focus on the patient, good accessibility, and high medical quality, we have built trust in a short time. We are now in a continued development phase and are looking for a specialist physician who wants to help shape modern, engaged, and long-term sustainable primary care.

We are looking for you who is a specialist in general medicine, with experience from primary care and a strong commitment to patient-centered work.

DocCura health center is a newly established health center in a growing area in Järfälla municipality, commissioned by Region Stockholm, with the goal of offering the best care and accessibility for patients. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern and patient-focused operation with short decision paths, a sense of teamwork, and development opportunities.

About the position

As a specialist in general medicine, you will play a key role in the clinical operation and contribute to long-term quality work in the health center's development.

Examples of tasks:

• Outpatient work for patients of all ages
• Assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Supervision of resident physicians and other professional categories
• Active participation in teamwork and operational development
• Work with quality follow-up, improvement work, and evidence-based care

We are looking for you who:

• Is a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine
• Has experience in primary care in Sweden
• Thrives in a developing and change-oriented environment
• Is confident in your professional role and highly values collaboration
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is familiar with working in medical record systems such as TakeCare or similar
